  • The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
  • It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable

After confirming the return request, It may take up to 7 days to process the return and confirm that the items are in acceptable condition, otherwise return request will be rejected. If it is accepted the customer will receive the refund.

Cancellation requests: Same-Day Cancellations for Non-Shipped Orders made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has been shipped.

  • If your cancellation request meets the criteria and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
