Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for 30 days
The customer is charged the postage and shipping fees for return request

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best customer experience possible. This return policy outlines our guidelines for same-day cancellations, specifically for orders that have not been shipped yet.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:

The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable

After confirming the return request, It may take up to 7 days to process the return and confirm that the items are in acceptable condition, otherwise return request will be rejected. If it is accepted the customer will receive the refund.

Cancellation requests: Same-Day Cancellations for Non-Shipped Orders made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has been shipped.

If your cancellation request meets the criteria and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
