1. Wash your hair in the shower. Rinse out all shampoo.
2. Use the recommended amount of conditioner, typically a quarter of a palm's size.
3. Evenly spread the conditioner on the hair ends, avoiding the scalp for long hair.
4. Gently work the conditioner into the hair ends with fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
5. Allow the conditioner to sit for about 2 minutes.
6. Thoroughly rinse off the conditioner.
